Tharas,

I agree - Orbital was my introduction (sort of...) to "techno" and "trance" way back in late high school/early college. I still love chilling to the music - very ambient and cool. Belfast was a good song, but my favortes were Halycon (and the remix, Halycon+On+On), The Girl with the Sun in her Hair, and Satan.

I didn't think they were still playing - I thought they had broken up right as I was getting out of college a couple years ago...

Definitely one group I wouldn't mind seeing live...but I don't get much chance to see anything worth a damn down here in Salem, Oregon!

Its true, out of 200,000 people here VP is the only one that listens to techno.

With the exception of #18 and #20, I've heard good stuff from all of these DJ's. Numbers 1 and 3 are always a cool set live and although I would love to see Carl Cox live again, I doubt he's coming my way anytime soon.

Here's to hoping! V - throw some good DJ visits to us in Portland or Seattle, man! I'd drive to see some good shit there!
