1) Your Armory Link: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... r&n=Ceadus (know my shield is lame, wisdom hold nvr droped, neither has bastion on purity, and my resto shield is 7 more dps then the pulsing spell shield) Wow heroes has my resto set saved also
-----
2) Referred By/Friends with: tript
3 a) Prior Guild(s):darkfire
3 b) Reason for leaving: haven't, but i want more progress
3 c) Contact at most recent guild: tript
-----
4) Tell us about your skill and how you play your class (Don't be afraid to use details): I know my class, i can tell u the spell coefficients, i know my rotation, i know how to change and alter my rotation mid fight/movement. I can drop dps at anytime, spot heal in an bind.

5) Do you take orders and constructive criticism well? yes
6) What is your Real Life Age? 21
7) What time zone are you in? central
8) Anything at all you'd like to say in conclusion: Iam looking for progression AKA hardmodes, 25 man hardmodes seems to be an roadblock for out guild due to people don't wanna wipe, or don't care to have the hardmode loot, 10man hardmode i haven't downed anub yet but we are working on it

First, thats know how you play in detail, please list specifics not generalities. Second, what addon's do you use, whats your average dps, whats your hodir and gv hard mode dps, and what are your feelings on haste vs crit vs sp in normal fights compared to haste enhanced fights.

Basically, say more, scroll down to our last ele shaman and look at his app for a general idea.
