1) Your Armory Link:
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... r%C3%A1tul < I hear you guys don't make the final decision based on gear...and I might be in my PvP set. Another note, shortly after 3.1 came out, when I was in 5/5 T7.5 gear (I bought one piece from the vendor) and full Naxx25 epics minus a trink, I took a break over the summer (~3months) to enjoy time with friends and my amazing girlfriend =).

2) Referred By/Friends with: Was actually referred by Valisha, a member of Paradox, when asking if they were recruiting any warlocks.
3 a) Prior Guild(s): Bloodshed.
3 b) Reason for leaving: Raiding not up to par. Nothin up to par. Tanks couldn't keep aggro off of me (I waited 3 sec to even put curses on) and I heard people yelling "shatter Zeratul" at me 4 seconds into the fight. Waste of a shard. And they get pissed at me because I can't keep my aggro down when Soul Shatter is on CD almost all the time. I top the charts by 15% in 10 mans last raid, that was before new gear. DPS and Damage. Oh and I'm perfectly raid aware- the only time I have hurt a raid is when I got grav. bomb on XT and underestimated the distance between me and the other people nearby. Still downed him, though. Loot rules were unfair...highest roll wins. No DKP, no nothing, totally unorganized and unfair. Never got any loot from this. Pugs do a better job of holding aggro off of me.
3 c) Contact at most recent guild: GMs and my friend from that guild who joined it expecting to tank, although is going to gquit to go back to Chocolate Disco.

4) Tell us about your skill and how you play your class (Don't be afraid to use details): Well, this one's an interesting question. There are many ways to play destro locks, but I play mine as a textbook deep destro spec with great success (check elitistjerks). I know every fight in WotLK minus Yogg and Algalon. I do know the ToC fights :p. I am definitely situationally aware enough for every boss fight I've done, learn new fights in a heartbeat, and am always listening for changes in directions mid fight. I'm focused and I know what I'm doing, and I'm encouraged to be a helpful part of the raid, this means NOT focusing on padding the charts but wiping a raid, but working with everyone as a team to overcome challenges.
5) Do you take orders and constructive criticism well? I'm eager to learn other peoples' opinions on how I play my class, especially how I can improve, and what I'm doing in a raid that could be changed, and if I couldn't take orders well I don't think I'd succeed in any raid (I form raiding pugs almost every day now). I am not the type to go to forums and take everything said there and run with it...I do research on how to play my class and don't take any one sources' word for it.
6) What is your Real Life Age? Nineteen.
7) What time zone are you in? PST...in sync with server
8.) Anything at all you'd like to say in conclusion: My gear may not be (is not :p) up to par with a few other warlocks out there, although for what it is and my bad luck in this guild and in quite a few pugs, it's pretty good. To me, at least. My skill > my gear.
Thanks for reading my app! Hope to see you soon..

For some reason, the WoW armory link does not parse correctly, most likely due to the special high-ASCII character in my name, which, by the way, is alt+0225. To remedy the issue, here is a TinyURL redirecting to my armory page:
