3 b) Reason for leaving: I have not left DF yet... however, if I was to it is because there is a lack of motivation and skill that I would expect from a guild trying to progress.
3 c) Contact at most recent guild: Most Recent guild my warlock was in was my banking guild for almost 3-4 months now.

4) Tell us about your skill and how you play your class (Don't be afraid to use details): I tend to adapt much faster than most people on fights and things that need to be done... I have been looking for a guild that has that equal ability. I can't even count how many times I have wiped because dancing (Heigan) was a 'new' idea when wotlk came out, though after seeing it soon I was the only one not dying. I take my class seriously, if I need to know something I do endless research on it to make sure I am doing things right, or I am getting the right glyphs/meta. Pre-wotlk I was taken into a paradox BT run and I had no clue what I was doing and was placed to MT (on an alt) Illidan, it was explained, and I did it right (Rained/Avazora can both confirm).
(I noticed you asked about rotation on other apps so:)
Boss: CoD -> Immolate -> CB -> Conflag -> incin -> conflag etc. apply immolate/CoD/CoA when needed
(Some warlocks would argue with me on CB before conflag, but with server side lag you waste 1-2 seconds waiting for the debuff to register on the mob and that lost time could be used for casting something else)
5) Do you take orders and constructive criticism well? Yes, however, I tend to question criticism if I feel it is wrong or not backed by theory.

Anything at all you'd like to say in conclusion: If the app gets through I would like to do a trial run as 4hr:30mins is quite a bit of time to raid... though I did used to raid MC/BWL/AQ/Naxx40 hardcore (10:00am - 6:00pm). I am just not positive that I can keep my sanity in such raid times anymore these days--though I want to try.
The only reason I am not applying as a healer or a tank (my other alts) is the fact that it seems like the only spots open these days are dps spots. All the guilds have good solid tanks and healers that show up to raids 100% of the time -- and I am having a blast on my warlock (the first time in months!). I have downed everything in heroic ulduar (no hardmodes) minus yogg (and alg lol), though I have been to phase 2 of the fight.
Side note: I am starting to play this toon again after a long time, I know my gear lacks, and I am working towards cleaning it up. I have been 80 since monday, and have used all my saves (other than ulduar 25) trying to get gear. I pull about 3.5k on the boss targets (self buffed) and about 4.4k on 25 patch, I plan to be -at least- 3/5 vanq next reset.
